How to delete your account and what happens to your data

Delete from the App (Recommended)

Customer account

  1. Sign in and open My Account.
  2. Open the Password tab.
  3. In Delete Account, enter your current password and type DELETE.
  4. Confirm the final prompt to complete deletion.

Vendor account

  1. Sign in and open vendor Settings.
  2. Go to Danger Zone: Delete Vendor Account.
  3. Enter current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Support Fallback

If you cannot access your account, request deletion via support using the contact method on /privacy-policy. We may require identity verification.

What Gets Deleted or Retained

  • Deleted/anonymized: account profile identifiers and direct account access data.
  • May be retained: records needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations.
  • Public/interaction data: handled according to platform integrity, legal requirements, and privacy policy commitments.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed immediately after verification. Support-based requests are processed as quickly as possible after verification.
