  • We may moderate, suspend, or remove listings/accounts that violate policy or law.

5. Customer Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate purchase and booking information.
  • Customers are responsible for lawful use of downloaded or delivered products/content.
  • Chargeback abuse, fraud, and manipulation of reviews/ratings are prohibited.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By transacting on LifeXshop.com, you also agree to applicable provider terms. Refund eligibility is governed by product/service type and displayed policies. Platform fees/subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. User Content and Conduct

You may submit reviews, comments, replies, media, and other content. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host, display, process, and distribute it for platform operation.

You must not upload or post unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
